Welcome to [ Binhaseebstudio ]! We strive to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines, custom order processes, and charges.

1. Order Processing Times

Since we offer both standard and customized QR Code Standees, processing times vary based on the type of product you order:

  • Standard / Pre-Made QR Standees:

    • Processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Customized QR Standees (Custom Logo, Name, or Design):

    • Custom orders require design creation and printing. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days after design approval from the customer.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner, delivery times are as follows:

Other Cities / Rest of Pakistan 4 – 7 Business Days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on orders above [Amount, e.g., PKR 3,000].

4. Custom Order Guidelines & Approval

For customized QR Standees:

  1. After you place a custom order, our team will share a digital draft/preview of your standee via WhatsApp/Email for approval.

  2. Please verify all details (QR Code functionality, spelling, logo placement) carefully.

  3. Once approved by you, the product will go into production. Any changes requested after approval may delay delivery.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your Tracking Number and courier link so you can track your package in real-time.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Packages

We pack all fragile QR standees with extra care. However, if your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect design:

  • Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Send us clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damage along with your Order ID.

  • We will send you a free replacement at the earliest.
