Welcome to [ Binhaseebstudio ]! By accessing our website and purchasing our standard or customized QR Code Standees, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our QR standee designs, website content, or branding without express written permission.

2. Customized Products & Design Approval

Since we create personalized QR Code Standees (with your business name, logo, social media links, or payment QR codes):

  • Accuracy of Information: The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and active details (correct payment links, active QR code images, correct business name/spelling).

  • Design Preview & Approval: We will share a digital mock-up before final printing. Once you explicitly approve the design, the item will go into production.

  • Post-Approval Changes: Any changes requested after final design approval will incur additional design/reprinting fees and may delay delivery.

Important QR Functionality Disclaimer: We test all QR codes before shipping. However, you are strictly required to test your QR codes as soon as you receive your standee before displaying it to your customers. We are not liable for business losses caused by inactive links or outdated third-party payment codes provided by you.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices for our QR standees are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments via [Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa].

  • For Customized Orders, an advance payment [e.g., 50% or 100%] may be required before production begins to prevent unverified order cancellations.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our customized standees or website for any unlawful purpose, including using QR codes that redirect users to scam websites, phishing links, illegal material, or misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You retain all rights to your logos and trademarks provided for printing. By providing us with logos, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them. [Binhaseebstudio] is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
